Tasnee Signed, on Sunday (04/11/1429 H - 02/11/2008 AD) , an agreement with the British company "International Energy", to participate in establishing the "Saudi British development and investment Company", initiated by Saudi-British Business Council, in The formation of its constituents, and preparing initial studies and strategic plans.
The agreement was signed by TASNEE Chairman Engineer Mubarak Bin Abdullah Al Khafra, President of International Energy Mr. Ronald Spears, and Baroness Simmons, of the Saudi British Business Council.
Al-khafrah added that this agreement comes within the framework of strengthening relations between the business communities in Saudi Arabia and Great Britain and supporting the promotion of joint ventures within the two countries.
Al-Khafrah went on to say that the transfer of information and technology benifits between the two countries, stressing that the new company will benefit from the large experiences of TASNEE in the development and investment of Major industrial projects and the experience of International Energy in energy projects and water.
The full details of the partnership will be announced once the company is founded.
