Tasnee

Tasnee announced that it will start payment of the shareholders profits for 2008 as from Sunday 16/4/1430H, corresponding to 12/4/2009, at (one Riyal for a share). Noting that distribution of profits for the shareholders who are listed in Tadawul records (under investment portfolio accounts and share certificates) shall start on closing of the trading day on holding of the ordinary general assembly meeting on 1/4/1430H, corresponding to 28/3/2009, as follows: First, shareholders having (investment portfolios) pegged to a bank account with any of the local banks, their profits shall be directly deposited in their accounts, and they have to update their information with the banks, to ensure smooth deposit of their profits whit these banks. Second, shareholders having portfolios but their accounts do not allow transfer, and who have shares certificates, they have to contract one of the branches of SABB to collect their profits in cash after producing of their civil status card. The company also invites the shareholders holding certificates to open portfolios for their shares with the local banks and send to the Depository Center (Tadawul) (at their address (P.O. Box 60612, Riyadh 11555) portfolio number and bank name, to be attached with the original certificate and a copy of the ID, to that to deposit the shares in the portfolio against a deposit note from Tadawul, to facilitate profit distribution process.
