A continuous excellence with international awards .. TATWEEJ honored Tasnee with the Golden Medal for excellence in business

Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, the Minister of Economy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) has been honored with the Golden Medal and a certificate of excellence, in a ceremony held at TATWEEJ Academy on Wednesday, December 17th, 2014, at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.

 

The ceremony was held specifically to honor the Arabian managerial and leadership figures and companies leading the achievements and initiatives in business. Tasnee has been selected as one of the top leading companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) is the first join-stock industrial company fully owned by the private sector, the second petrochemical and industrial Saudi company and the second largest producer in the world of titanium dioxide, managing its business through five main business sectors such as petrochemicals, chemicals, metals and various products and services.

 

In K.S.A, the company's factories are located in Jubail and Yanbu, Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Hail and Jazan. Outside the Kingdom, through its owned company by 79%, The National Titanium Dioxide Company Ltd. (Cristal) in the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, France and Australia.

 

Tasnee has a significant and characterized history in social responsibility as one of the first companies that allocated a fixed percentage (1%) of its annual profits to spend on community service in a range of cultural, rehabilitation, social and health programs that response to the needs, awareness, education, rehabilitation, training and medical treatment of the Saudi people with a total sum of one million Saudi Riyals, spent on community service over the past decade.
