On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God protect him, HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh, honored Tasnee for its sponsorship and participation in the 6th International Conference on Disability and Rehabilitation organized by the King Salman Center for Disability Research during the period 4-6 December 2022 at the University of Al-Faisal in Riyadh. Eng. Mubarak bin Abdullah Al-Khafrah, Chairman of Tasnee, represented the company in receiving an honorary trophy.
As a continuation of the previous five conferences, the conference, in its 6th edition, aimed to contribute to making qualitative leaps in all areas related to disability and improving services provided to individuals with disabilities, and to be a distinguished and pioneering conference, as confirmed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God protect him.
Eng. Al-Khafrah expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God protect him, and his appreciation to HRH the Governor of Riyadh, for honoring Tasnee within this international scientific forum which attracts the attendance of about 5,000 experts, officials, heads of local, regional and international organizations and federations, businessmen, academics, researchers and those interested in scientific research, especially disability research. He stressed Tasnee's keenness to participate in every event that would improve the services provided to individuals with disabilities as the dearest group to all, as Tasnee has always been participating in many activities that enhance the status of the Kingdom and contribute to achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by empowering individuals with disabilities and qualifying them for the labor market and obtaining appropriate job opportunities as active members of society within the strategic objectives of the Quality of Life Program.
It is worth noting that Tasnee is one of the founding members of the King Salman Center for Disability Research and Eng. Mubarak Al-Khafra, is a member of the Board of Trustees. The center was established for strengthening institutional communication, development of technical systems, human resources development and rehabilitation, providing qualitative training based on research and study results, driving innovation and solutions to improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities and their families, facilitating access to comprehensive disability databases and information, promoting financial sustainability and investment for the center, building strategic partnerships with stakeholders, and maximizing the impact of scientific research in the field.
